Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like New Year and Christmas, order processing time can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

 

Shipping times

We ship from our warehouse located in North Italy. We ship worldwide. 

Orders shipping within Europe and Switzerland will arrive within 7-10 business days.

Orders shipping to the Rest of the World will arrive within 10-25 business days. 

 

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all our orders. Depending on the country we ship your order to, you will need to pay for customs clearance of the goods.
